Once you’ve found the tour that speaks to your heart, click on the button “Make a Provisional Booking”, and complete the form to provisionally secure your spot.

Step 2: Confirmation and Communication

Our team swings into action as soon as we receive your provisional booking. We understand that timing is everything, and if your chosen date is available, we’ll confirm your booking via an email that holds the booking for one week. This email will contain all the essential information and documents, ensuring you’re well-informed and ready for the next step.

Step 3: Payment Made Simple

Now comes the part to lock in your booking by placing a deposit of 25% of the total amount. This deposit secures your spot for your upcoming adventure or tour. As for the remaining balance, we’ve designed two flexible options to suit your preferences.

Firstly, you can choose to settle the entire balance upfront, ensuring everything is squared away in one go. Alternatively, if you value the freedom of spreading out your payments with our convenient payment schedule. Opting for this option means you’ll receive friendly email reminders tailored to your schedule, keeping you stress-free and well-informed about upcoming payments or balances.

Step 4: Preparing for Departure

As your departure date draws near, we’re not just waving from the sidelines. We’ll be in touch with all the pre-departure information you need to feel fully prepared. Wondering what to pack? Curious about vaccinations or health tips? We’ve got you covered. We aim to ensure that you step onto that plane with confidence and anticipation.

Step 5: The Adventure Begins

Finally, the moment arrives! You touch down, and there’s a warm welcome from our team and your knowledgeable guide. This is where your journey with us truly begins. With a heart full of excitement and a mind ready to explore, you’ll embark on an adventure that will create memories to last a lifetime.

Step 6: Home again

On your return home, we’re always keen to find out how things went. We send a survey, which is a great way for us to receive structured feedback (good and bad!), which we can learn from and share with our local teams. We also love hearing about it all in person, and welcome a chat to gain insight into what worked for you, and perhaps, if you were being specific, what you would have done differently.
